Following on from the success of last year?s event, which was attended by many leading industry delegates and speakers, the PCI Consulting Group is again hosting the Fibres and Raw Materials Conference in Hong Kong. As global markets come to terms with persistently high energy costs and a potential economic slowdown across several major economies this conference will be a forum for informed discussion and analysis of the issues facing textile markets and their suppliers.
A well-structured and extensive 2 day programme is planned, covering all major fibre groups and their raw materials, including polyester, acrylic and nylon fibres together with important papers on natural fibres and the economic and trading environments in which the industry operates. The programme will see highly respected speakers drawn from the industry and PCI present detailed papers addressing many of the issues which now face the industry.
